Rent is due on the first of each month, and payable in advance. We recommend post-dated cheques or automatic credit-card payment. All accounts are pro-rated to the first of the month. Late accounts will be charged monthly interest of 2% (minimum $2.00) on the amount owed. A minimum charge of one month applies to all lockers. |
